However, it is not without its perils. If there are situations where ugly comments are made online the reputation of the firm will be affected. My views: Do they conduct the sales or just provide a slot for an advertisement? If AirAsia is responsible for collecting MONEY for the sales of products from other companies besides their own airlines tickets, then it is also a B2C transaction broker (besides the standard virtual storefront ecommerce business model that is employed). Give your analysis.
